Job Description: |
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Fax, scan and copy documents & maintain office filing and storage systems
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
- Retrieve information when requested
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources, Account executives.
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position preferable.
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
