Job Description:

1. To receive and deal with mobile phones sent by customers or distributors for repair and keep in good touch with them.


2. To study specialized materials and guidance documents regarding mobile phone.


3. To satisfy the demand of customers for products and services.


4. To assist the manager/director/executive to complete various tasks and improve the performance.


5. To give feedback on issues in time and track the results.


6. To answer the professional and technical questions raised by customers.


7. To take the vacant place when the service consultant is busy or absent.


8.  To complete other tasks assigned by the Director.
