| Job Description: |
• Develop a close relationship with all distributors/Agencies to grow business organically and find new business/Agencies.
• Area visit with your concern TSO.
• Ensure to fulfil monthly targets.
• Prepare and share all the reports to concern manager and head office on regular basis on time.
• Arrange complete team of TSO’s in every town of area.
• Conduct regular training sessions with junior team.
• Any other tasks assigned by line manager. |
