Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the planned collection, transportation and incineration of infectious waste from the different customer/ hospitals.
- Oversee the implementation of planned activities in accordance with the schedule and resource load.
- Training of field management staff.
- Planned visits of all the sites on monthly basis to evaluate the implementation of hospital waste management standardized practices and report submissions.
- Online monitoring of all the sites and immediate remedy of any bottleneck in the execution of operations.
- Responsible for complaint and customer feedback handling.
- Plug the gaps if any in timely execution of the projects.
- To supervise regular data collection through implementing partners and ensures quality of the data by random verifications and validations.
- To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way.
- Ensure the compilation of all kind of reports on time for onward submission to the top management and customers.
- To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data.
- Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the top management.
- Ensure that implementation of field activities and adheres to company monitoring and evaluation system.
- Support partners in conducting baseline surveys and KAP (Knowledge, attitude and practices) surveys.
- Coordination with clients for maximum retention by ensuring all legislative requirements intact.
- Participate actively in program planning process.
- Responsible for hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Responsible for incident reporting, spill management and ensures personal hygiene.
- Responsible for monitoring of incineration operations.
- Responsible for monitoring of post-segregation
- Responsible for implementing all SOP’s relevant to operations (Incinerator, Hospital)
- Support team in developing the monthly and six-monthly organizational reports.
- Support team in dealing with any other tasks as may be required.
- Any other assignment given by the top management.
