Job Description:

Under the guidance and supervision of the National Program Manager, NI Pakistan, the specific tasks of the position will include:

Project Development and Planning

  • Work with project management team to develop detailed implementation plans
  • Prepare draft terms of reference for the key preparatory and implementation related activities in coordination with program teams at national and provincial levels
  •  Develop list of key donors for MNCAH&N and highlight funding opportunities on regular basis
  • Develop and update program briefs on biannual basis

 Documentation and Reporting

  • Capture program learnings in form of case studies and success stories
  • Coordinate with team to showcase program achievements on social media as per NI protocols
  • Maintain photobank with captions and consent forms
  • Generate monthly program update for program management team
  • Support in finalization of annual reports as per agency and donor requirements
  • Facilitate in program assessments, evaluations and studies as and when required
  • Develop and update program presentations for internal and external consumption
  • Maintain program records (soft and hard) systematically

 Support to BCI Interventions

  • Support in gap identification of BCI material in consultation with program team
  • Lead BCI material development process in coordination with internal team through external agencies as and when required
  • Maintain theme specific BCI materials in record for technical reference and program use

 Project Implementation and Management

  • Support in tracking progress in program implementation through field teams and partners
  • Organize internal and external progress review meetings as per program plans
  •  Maintain list of MNCAH&N stakeholders at national and provincial level
  • Develop plan to strengthen coordination with relevant partners and government officials
  • Record program meetings minutes and track action points
  • Facilitate in partners and contract management

 Monitoring and Reporting

  • Support National Coordinator in data collection, analysis and feedback to provincial and district teams
  • Support program team in tracking progress against indicators and highlight gaps for corrective actions
  • Develop quarterly program monitor plan
  • Conduct virtual and field visits and develop action plan
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
