Job Description: |
The Role: As part of management team, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR & Admin functions /operations /administrative support including talent acquisition, payroll and benefits administration, reporting, performance evaluation, expense management, and employee relations/grievance concerns.
The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Description
- Drives interviews and recruitment of new employees.
- Define and implement HR policies, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Define performance evaluation procedures and policies.
- Schedule & coordinate quarterly reviews for all employees
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Timesheet and pay roll management.
- Inventory management.
- Event management.
Basic Qualifications: We are looking for candidates having 1 to 2 years of experience with the following skill set:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven working experience as HR or admin manager.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handle the pressure.
- Should be able to work independently.
- Self-motivated with Business Acumen skills.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor or equivalent degree in any subject. |
