Job Purpose

Assist Branch Manager in smooth execution of sales and services for achievement of branch and individual assigned goals.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Their work includes:

· Manage daily operations of branch in the absence of Branch Manager

· Assist Branch Manager in implementing business development strategies

· Assist Branch Manager to achieve sales target and projected profit

· Assist in supervising and evaluating branch staff to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to job description

· Assist Branch Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies

· Develop plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service

· Assist Branch Manager/Sales Head in evaluating performance of employees

· Resolve customer problems, complaints promptly and efficiently

· Seek out new sales opportunities through calls, networking and social media

· Demonstrate and present products to potential customers

· Aim to achieve weekly or monthly targets

· Negotiate/close deals

Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization

Qualification and Skills

· Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher

· Requisite experience in field of sales and marketing

· Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques

· Refined work ethics

· Well motivated with a results-oriented approach

· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

· Adequate convincing skills
