Job Description & Requirements

• A candidate should have excellent English communication skills for an accurate understanding

• A candidate should be punctual

• A candidate shall be available all the time during his/her working hours to listen to the customers and to provide them with the best of the services.

• A candidate should have a minimum of (Bachelors)of education

• Handle outbound calls

• Fluent in English communication

• Availability in night shift

• Confident and self-motivated

• Fluency in English, with British or North American accent.
