- Coordinating with a team of recruitment consultants

- Providing full Life cycle recruitment services

- Pro-actively looking for candidates, operating search tools; LinkedIn, databases ,Job boards as well Talent hunting

- Will be responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally

- Meet all assigned daily targets and deadlines in terms of resourcing quality candidates

- Managing a complete database of candidates for future prospects and maintaining a liaison with candidates

- Handling the task of screening, selecting and submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline along with performing initial CV sifting against job description.
