Job Details

Job Description:

1. To prepare and implement duty roasters of all staff of Finished Goods, Dispatch and Billing section.

2. To coordinate with Production department of the demands received from the shops/franchises.

3. To strictly control the finished goods inventory and the supply timing.

4. To design route plants of vehicles with the aim to maximize sales with minimum expenses.

5. To coordinate with shops about sullies and demand including demand of dead slow time.

6. To ensure that vehicles are ready for supply and in case of some issue, discuss the same with fleet supervisor for resolution.

7. To redesign vehicle route plan in order to make necessary adjustments in case of shortage of vehicles.

8. To manage special orders delivery as per customers demand.

Required Skills:

1. MS Office, especially Exel;

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
