Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

Responsible to provide TradeKeys services to assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction retention

Responsible to search buyers through online channels including Search Engines, B2B Portals and Social Media. Conduct market analysis and expand business globally through research innovation

Assist in provision of TradeKeys services to potential clients handling technical specification, through online communication via chat, calls, emails and video conferences

Coordinate internally with other departments for resolution of issues related to customer and services being offered including SEO, SEM E-mail Marketing

Job Specification

Graduates, preferably Masters in marketing

Fresh or 6 to 12 months experience in relevant industry preferred

Good in English communication (written / spoken)

Knowledge of e-commerce industry
