Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customize DHIS2 for ME and components reporting requirements.

Develop customize application in OpenSource and Microsoft Plaftorm.

Develop customized reports using DHIS2 and other associated tools.

Responsible for development of customized forms in DHIS 2 and SharePoint for Data Collection.

Develop Survey System and Analyse Data.

Manage Databases (SQL, MySQL and PostgreSQL).

Maintain the overall integrity of internal databases, including regular data improvement, maintenance, enforcement of business processes and business rules.

Provide support and training in use of the application, including orientation for all new staff and specialized training in response to changing roles, business processes and database functionality.

Work with help desk to provide technical assistance to users and troubleshoot and resolve application and database related problems.

Manage the relationship with software vendors support team, escalating issues that require immediate resolution.

Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and other available reporting tools.

Develop interactive dashboard using SQL BI and SharePoint Reporting Services.

Required Skills:
•Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
•Must be multi-tasking.
•Must be aware of ITIL Service Delivery
•Working knowledge of GIS tools (ArcGIS and MapInfo)

The USAID-funded Pakistan Reading Project, implemented by the International Rescue Committee and its partners (Creative Associates International, World Learning, and Institute of Rural Management), is a seven-year project (2013-2020) with the objective to support the provincial and regional departments of education throughout Pakistan to improve reading skills of 1.3 million children in grades one and two. The project will achieve this goal through three distinct but interrelated components that will work in synergy to affect the quality of early grade education: Improved classroom learning environment for reading, Improved policies and systems for reading, and Improved community based support for reading in Pakistan.
