Software Project Management Skills

PHP Web Development Skills

MVC Frameworks

Job Role:

Manage design, development and maintenance of information systems

Develop project schedules and ensure its execution with in timelines

Work closely with information systems team to ensure progress

Evolve existing information systems and architecture in various areas as needed

Help developers resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues

Monitor individual employees performance

Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of the software development cycle

Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem solving skills

Experience with managing the development of SaaS and cloudbased applications would be a plus

Web development experience in .Net technologies

Experience in databases i.e. MS SQL, mySQL

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Selfmotivated, team player, action and results oriented

Ability to successfully work under tight deadlines
