| Job Description: |
| Key Results Areas
- Medicine stock management
- Help maintain OPD and various other registers/records as medical assistant
- To assist and conduct in awareness sessions
- Timely reporting about pharmacy related issues and progress.
- Computer entry of project record
Main Tasks Responsibilities:
- To assist in Health Officer in all project activities and ensure smooth running of project.
- To assist Health Officer in screening of families and other field activities.
- Provide primary health services to all targeted families along with Health Officer.
- Assisting selected patients in having treatment from selected hospital and arranging logistics for this.
- To identify and build linkages of families with free health services available in the city.
- To maintain proper inventory control system and provide information to Supervisor about medicine status.
- To manage books relating to medicine stock like expenses, minimum stock, ledgers, demands, indent books, batch number date of manufacturing and expiry etc.
- To perform periodic inspection of medicines.
- To ensure smooth working of pharmacy and give daily feed back.
- To assist in conducting awareness sessions.
- To maintain proper information system and submit reports to Incharge of the programme.
- Regularly monitor project activities at field level.

| Required Skills: |
Knowledge
•Enough Knowledge of primary health care.
•Complete knowledge about the proper storage of medicine.
Qualification & Experience
•Dispenser/medical technician Diploma from recognized Faculty/Nursing Board.
•2 – 3 years of experience in relevant sector, experience in NGO sector will be preferred.
