Job Description:

The ideal candidate should:

Hold at least a Bachelors degree
Hold at least 1 year of work experience in FMCG/Telecom Industry

Job description:

Follow-ups with the Sales team to ensure timelines are met
Coordinate with other Departments to ensure closure or projects
Arrange team meetings with internal stakeholders/retailers/Franchise sessions
Manage Retailers freebies and manage distribution
Maintain daily follow ups with the team
Manage teams annual leaves calendar and travel budget

Essential skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with sales techniques and skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Desirable skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong negotiating and relationship management skills
