| CSR(Citizens service representatives):
Minimum qualification BA with typing speed of 30 wpm in English and Urdu.
Minimum Experience of 2 yrs. required. Service industry experience preferred. Full-time job with good salary package and medical insurance. Hired resources will be required to handle customer queries (walk-ins and over the phone) in a Government facilitation center for multiple services (ID cards, birth certificates, drivers license etc.) that are being provided by the Government of Punjab. |
