- Managing projects; assigning them tasks, monitoring and quality assurance
- Daily follow up with internal team and keeping clients updated on projects
- Proposal writing and developing project plan for smooth execution and completion of projects.
- Maintaining long term relations with clients on permanent basis and ensuring further projects from clients
- Managing company profile over various outsourcing portals like; Elance, Guru and Odesk etc is preferred
- Dynamic personality to work on multiple projects at once
