| Job Description: |
| Job Description: 1. Regularly visit customers/printers to achieve sales targets.
2. Ensure timely recoveries by working on them directly through phone calls and visits.
3. Find and build strong relations with potential customers/printers and persuade them to use our material.
4. Be informed about the market and keep an eye on competitor activities.
5. Prepare weekly visit, sales and market intelligence reports for higher management.
6. Maintain good working relationships with clients and get insight and feedback.
7. Resolve customer complaints/concerns at the spot or convey them to higher management for timely resolution.
8. Posses tremendous team management skills.
9. Recommend and develop improved procedures systems of work.
10. Ensure coordination with supply chain/procurement to maintain appropriate inventory levels and perform occasional stock counts.
11. Review targets budget performance.
12. Responsible for smooth administration of office.
13. Other Task related to consumer sales assigned by higher management.
