Responsible for efficiently managing and reconciliation of all inventory of Full Goods, Empty & Stores related items.

Leading and managing Warehouse operations at his respective location in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner, ensuring customer focus and meeting company’s requirements

Suggests ways & means and support warehouse manager to improve the efficiency & to reduce warehousing operating cost.

To lead & add value in Logistics/Supply Chain function by extending customer service support to internal & external customers

To manage & supervise Plant Warehouse & Sales Centre operations under territory.

Efficient Inventory Management of Finished Goods (Liquid) & Empty stocks at plant and sales centre.

Efficient Inventory Management of Raw / Packaging material, technical spares and other general items to support plant operations.

To coordinate with Procurement department for receiving of goods/items from suppliers as per Purchase Order specifications.

To support Production department in timely issuance of goods/items on regular basis.

Coordinating and supporting Warehouse Managers for stock transfer activity of Finished Goods.

Receiving of Empty from Sales Center; sorting with respect to desired quality standards and ensuring the smooth supply of Empty stock to Production department.

To support Corporate Supply Chain in achieving business targets.

Efficiently managing Warehouse shipping operations to ensure timely loading / un-loading of Sales Direct / Indirect vehicles.

Efficiently managing Warehouse store operations to ensure timely un-loading of supplier vehicles.

To effectively control product losses/damages (wastages) as per set standards during product storage/handling.

To ensure stocking and loading of products according to FEFO/FIFO rules.

To ensure an effective and efficient Fork Lift operations with in Warehouse operations.

An efficient management of Haulage Transportation to ensure smooth & timely supply of products across the locations in coordination with Warehouse Managers.

To manage 3PL contractors in order to meet the Logistics requirements for product movement.

Planning and managing the shift operations for Warehouse function at plant and sales center in order to ensure the effective usage of resources as and when required.

Managing and controlling the budgets of Warehouse department for respective territory.

Must play key role in development of System/Procedures, reporting & effective use of SAP.

Managing the Warehouse requirements such as pallets and contract labor in order to support Warehouse operations at plant & Sales Centre.

To implement HSE standards and best practices in Logistics function in coordination with HSE officer.

To optimize financial performance. Assurance of adequate risk management so as to meet Key Performance targets.

Create opportunities and resources to answer development needs and training necessities of his staff.

Responsible for monitoring and reporting progress & conduct Warehouse performance analysis & collation and Analysis of Benchmarking data.
