Job Description: |
- This is a cross-sector project designed to bring together a wide variety of stakeholders including those responsible for governance, access to justice, and provision of security to ensure that Pakistani citizen (emphasis on women and youth) rights and the democratic processes are strengthened at provincial and local levels. The work will span across three districts: Punjab (Multan, RajanPur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzzafargarh) and Sindh (Ghotki, Kashmore, and Jacobabad).
TORs
- Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Ensure standardization of JD’s and KPI’s.
- Initiate, and coordinate the hiring process as per the requirements of concerned department and HR policies.
- Organize Orientation sessions of new Project employees
- Ensures the establishment and maintenance of accurate personnel records
- Contract Management of STTA (Short Term Technical Assistance) and LTTA. (Long Term Technical Assistance).
- Manage time sheets of STTA and LTTA. Send time sheet to all staff, approve it from Team Lead and keep record of time sheet.
- Attendance Management and documentation of Leave record management
- Ensure documentation of Recruitment process; hiring, advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checks
- Provide input in HR Manual for any changes/improvement required.
- Ensure updated organogram.
- Preparation of payroll of STTA and LTTA.
- Administration of employee evaluations (i.e. monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Overseeing the employee training and development program
- Responsible for conducting compensation and benefit survey.
- Performs other duties as assigned by line manager.
