The desired candidate MUST have experience in a managerial role in the discipline of Sales & Business Development.
He should have experience of leading or participating in SWOT/PESTER Analysis for his organization.
He will be required to do the same (along with other members of the Sales & Business Development Team) on semi-annual basis, develop next steps and track their on-time completion.
He will be responsible for the development and deployment of Business Strategy (comprising short-term and long-term business goals) for the organization.
He will also be responsible for developing After Sales & Marketing System, to enhance Customer Experience and generate recurrent business from business partners.
He will be responsible for generating sales in his respective region and develop strategy to boost business sales.
He will be responsible for the performance and growth of the Sales & Business Development team, in his region.
He will be required to develop and align the KPIs of the Sales & Business Development Department, of his respective region, with the senior management and will be held accountable for his performance against them.
He will also be required to develop and lead the Project Life Cycle (from Bidding Stage till After Sales & Marketing Stage) through cross-functional collaboration.
He will be required to manage contracts on company's behalf and ensure profitability for the organization.
The right candidate MUST have good inter-personal skills and should be accustomed to working in team environment, ensuring Zero Losses.
Priority will be given to candidates with past experience in the field of PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings).
