Job Description

• Arrange & conduct Interviews / Initial screening of the candidates / helping in recruitment processes
• Preparing hiring agreement / official hiring contracts of employees
• Provide job descriptions to employees during hiring process.
• Prepare and update management guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Maintenance of employee database.
• Maintain / Update Leave Records.
• Ensure adherence to the code of ethics, disciplinary procedures and redress employee grievances.
• Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities.
• Resolve employee grievances or queries
• Prepare offer letters, employee contracts and other official contacts / Agreements
• Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.
• Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.

• Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
• Stress & Time Management Skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of data.
• Outstanding (English) oral & written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies & procedures individually.
• Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
• Must be expert in Ms-Office
• Presentation Skills
• Experiences in building a well potential team of employees from scratch.
• Understanding of Pakistan labour laws and ensure compliance.
