Job Description:

We are seeking International Client Services Analyst for leadership and operations position.

  • Exceptional Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal skills are required.
  • Candidate with IT background will be preferred.
  • Prior experience in Call Centers and with UK customers will be given preference.
  • Knowledge of Customer Queries:Marketplace Amazon / Ebay will be given preference.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Exceptional writing skills(Mandatory)
  • Communication Skills
  • Should be proficient in MS-Excel (Mandatory)
  • Great leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be Fluent in English.
  • Candidates with O A Levels Or reputable university graduate will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of IT will be an advantage and will be given preference
  • Technical support expertise preferred (Extra Benefits)
  • Problem Solving Skills and can handle customers queries with peace mind.
  • Knowledge of Photshop or other designing tools (Extra Benifits)
