Job Description:

Application:

Responsibilities would include:

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Introduce new/updated products to existing and new customer over the phone, webmail, live support
  • romotion of aged stock discount offers to customers
  • Monitor existing business, identify and follow-up on fluctuations in demand with customers
  • Quote prices against given guidelines and maintain customer queries
  • Follow-up on quotations to elicit customer feedback
  • Ensure correctness of up-to-date Product pricelists (prices, projects and products)
  • Manage Customer specific stocks, in collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Follow-up with customer upon Pricing requests to understand business next steps
  • Proactively communicate supply chain issues, delivery timescales and provide alternative product or service offerings to customers

First Line Technical Support

  • Assist customers with product questions and resources provide product and services recommendations
  • Provide basic technical support to customers as applicable to level of experience (product catalogue questions, basic technical knowledge, etc.).
  • Handle data sheet provision requests
  • Outbound Administrative Support
  • Generation of customised sales reports
  • Managing customer promotions
  • Support with the management of ad-hoc mass price-adjustment process including where required, the update and communication of new customer price lists
  • Ad-hoc provision of customer service and quality reports to customers

Enquiry Handling:

  • Handle all day to day customer correspondence in accordance with company guidelines
  • Manage after sales support trouble-shooting - handle a wide range of customer enquiries
  • Communicate with vendors and delivery Managers across Pakistan and worldwide on service queries, availability, pricing, delivery and confirmation queries.
  • Provide inventory, service and lead-time information, on demand, to customers

Order Management:

  • Provide responsive and accurate order-entry service to customers by phone, web and email
  • Maintain accuracy in price quotes selection, order-entry attributes and service item selection through diligence and order checking procedures
  • Balance customer needs for delivery versus impact on additional costs for Materials and services
  • Provide a responsive order amendment, tracking and resolution service
  • Communicate deviations versus the request with the customer
  • Work closely with operations and Delivery Managers to solve customer issues
  • Timely completeness of daily and monthly order archiving
  • To Conduct analysis of complaints and forward them to the departments for proper resolution
  • To coordinate and follow up on current issues with associated departments
  • Manage resolution within defined time lines associated with a complaint category
  • Verifying purchases

Other Customer Service Representatives, Delivery Managers,Technical Support Team and Customers, Strong linkage to other functions, especially Marketing
