| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
IT Process Provides data and analysis in support of a process improvement strategy. Contributes to the development and implementation of project plans.

Process Analysis: Analyzes current processes and interfaces to identify gaps and area for improvement. Develops process requirements and recommendations for assigned areas/processes.

Process Improvements: Identifies areas of improvement for assigned processes/areas of business. Develops recommendations for process improvement, including gap, cost vs. benefit analysis.

Documentation: Documents current processes using process mapping tools and techniques. Maintains and updates process documentation as changes are made or new processes are added.

Communication and Execution: Provides input to the development of plans for new or changed processes taking into account organizational, cultural and operational requirements. Supports change management activities. Communicates change to appropriate stakeholders.

Implementation: Develops templates and tools to implement the process improvement plan for assigned processes/business area. Executes change/improvement solutions

Reporting/Assessment: Provides monthly metric reports for assigned processes/business areas. Analyzes variances and develops recommendations for remedial actions.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience in developing/presenting business process flowcharts. Lean process design is required, must be able to show examples of previous work

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT or higher preferred.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience writing, organizing and maintaining technical documentation
- Ability to use Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies (will be preferred).
- Working knowledge of SharePoint as a document repository
