| Job Description: |
| Good English speaking skills acquainted with good understanding. In short the candidate needs to have an excellent level of communication.
We work 8:00 pm - 5:00 am Mondays to Saturday, We would require candidates willing to DO FULL TIME nights. The position is for both Males and Females with a can-do attitude and knowledge of Sales Marketing would be added bonus.
Job Requirement:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Attempt to persuade customers for verification of data.
- Provides outstanding customer service consistent with company guidelines.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Meets targets/goals set by the company.
- Utilize computer technology to deliver high volume calls.
- Maintains standards set for the calls to ensure high quality service
