Job Description:
  1. Responsible for revenue generation across all products and regions through the Sales & Business Development team

  2. Responsible for implementing and tracking sales targets for the team
  3. Responsible for interacting with GM Production and CEO on technical support and commercial/pricing matters
  4. Keeps a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margins and profitability
  5. Prepares Business Plan on business design, structure, process, operating plan and financial model
  6. Strategizes and plans the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
  7. Conducts effective and accurate market research and applies this information to increase market share
  8. Conducts regular meeting with Sales & Business Development team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy
  9. Conducts customer or training seminars as per the business need
  10. Monitors and analyzes all marketing and sales reports received from the sales team and customers the customer feedback system
  11. Ensures that all approvals related to consultants and other government authorized bodies are made in a proper and timely manner
  12. Coordinates, prepares and launches new products for the assigned market(s)
  13. Ensures the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing list and other sensitive company information from external competitors and market forces
  14. Motivates and monitors sales representatives in marketing and business development activities
  15. Coordinates with administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely orders and smooth functioning of action in the system
  16. Updates management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability
