Job Description: |
Job Objective
- Responsible for carrying out SBP Clearing related functions including transactional reconciliation, coordination for funds availability and dispute resolution etc. of Inward/outward Local & Intercity Clearing through NIFT or non-NIFT areas .
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out SBP Clearing related functions including transactional reconciliation, coordination for funds availability and dispute resolution etc. of Inward/outward Local & Intercity Clearing through NIFT or non-NIFT areas .
Key Responsibilities
Clearing Transactional reconciliation
- Daily review/checking for KBL account with SBP for clearing transactional reconciliation.
- Coordination with relevant KBL desk (F&A/Treasury) for fund maintenance requirements - as applicable.
- Periodical reporting on clearing transactional reconciliation to stakeholders including F&A.
- Daily review/checking of Non-NIFT KBL branches for Clearing Transactional Processing & settlement.
- Coordination with SBP for Clearing House workings.
Dispute Resolution
- Ensure coordination & resolution of complaints related to Clearing Transactions, processes.
- Coordination with KBL branches, F&A, NIFT Operations Desk, SBP etc. for resolution of complaints within allotted turnaround time (TATs).
- Ensure maintenance MIS of logged calls/complaints, issue resolution & periodically report.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other attributes
Educational Qualification
- Preferably a Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance or related field from an overseas / HEC recognized university.
Skills
- Self-starter, assertive, team player, highly punctual and able to resolve conflicts without compromising on job objectives.
- Proficient in handling branch banking operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of financial transactions.
- Good time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Willing to travel.Duration and Nature of Previous Experience
- Minimum three years banking experience Finance and Operations. Country level Bank reconciliations related experience should be preferred.
