| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Have at least 15 years of relevant experience with strong focus on Sales and Customer Services
Job Description
- Execute business strategy in the given geography (region). Overall responsibility for delivery of sales, revenue and direct costs across all business lines (such as prepaid, postpaid, corporate, mobile financial services.) of Mobilink
- Be the face of the organization within the given territory. Develop & manage relationships will all key stakeholders (including government, local bodies, agencies, etc.). Proactively help manage reputational issues and crises
- Lead the regional teams delivering company targets on customer acquisition, market study, competition analysis and channel productivity through daily / weekly/ monthly reports. Provide guidance and arrange necessary support within the region and external stakeholders (like franchisees/ retailers, etc.)
- Responsible for subscriber base development and revenue market share elements within the geography (such as gross adds, churn, net adds, quality of sales)
- Champion Customer Experience. Responsible for NPS (net promoter score). Oversee customer services touch points including Customer Care Centers, network Franchises and Service Points to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints
- Budgetary responsibilities include Subscriber acquisition, channel development, trade marketing, local sponsorships etc
- Work with CTO and technology team in driving technical KPI’s within the region including technology OPEX related to energization costs
- Identify technology requirements (coverage and capacity rollout, indoor solutions, etc). Help build business case for CAPEX deployment and prioritize CAPEX within the geography
Essential Skills:
- In-depth Channel Management and marketing experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
- Proven record of leading large diverse teams
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with minimal supervision
Desirable Skills:
- FMCG and International experience will be helpful
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Fluency in local language and knowledge of local market will be preferred
- Sound & proficient analytical skills
- Technology savvy candidates will be preferred, esp. mobile / telecom
