| Job Description: |
- Assume full profit and loss responsibility for the business Operations.
- Set the vision and strategy to increase profitability and grow Power Cables and General Wiring Cables Market in the Faisalabad Region
- Identify short-to-long term business strategies for the Company.
- Identify opportunities to drive top line growth.
- Lead administrative, marketing, sales, manufacturing and supply chain to meet revenue and profit plans. Further expand the business through the establishment of joint venture agreements, strategic partnerships, acquisition of potential compatible businesses and organic growth.
- Play a key role in identifying, quantifying and facilitating investment opportunities in the region and serve as the key contact with government authorities, organizations and client
- Support negotiations with suppliers and customers
- To ensure the planning to be implemented properly for the sales and marketing.
- Responsible for the achievement of sales turnover of the company.
