We are in software industry for over a decade now and have several hundred successful projects to our name. We have a strong portfolio and need the right person to get more leads and overall business profitability. The ideal candidate MUST have at least 3 years of industry experience as a Business Developer, has successfully led business development teams, managed and maintained companys Elance, Guru and Linkedin accounts. He/She should be quite adept in pitching right bid to the right customer. The task detail is listed below

Key Tasks

- Leading and mentoring our existing business development team

- Devising and implementing better ways to acquire and nurture leads

- Keeping a close eye on list building and prospecting

- Managing companys portfolio

- Having noteworthy understanding and exposure about software development procedures and models

- Having top-notch English writing, hearing and speaking skills

- Ability to target different business niches about companys services using suitable presentations

- Updating and managing companys portfolio and proposal documents

Compensation and Commission

We offer a promising basic salary with lucrative commission on successful closings. Potentially, you can earn between 60,000 to 100,000 PKR per month with an ongoing growth opportunity.
