- Must have good Personality.
- Documentation and Communication skills required.
- Computer knowledge is required.
- Must be very cooperative and can adopt any changes
- Professionally administer all incoming calls
- Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
- Maintain the visitor area
- Type memos, correspondences, reports, and other documents
- Perform a variety of clerical duties
- Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
- Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing of office supplies
- Have full command on Panasonic PABX.
