The ideal candidate should:
- Holding Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree preferably MBA in Marketing.
- Have 2-5 years of relevant work experience
Job Description:
- Candidate will be responsible to generate monthly new revenue based business (GSM, DATA other products) through his assigned team members from allocated territory. He will be responsible to achieve 100% given monthly target.
- Candidate will be responsible for churn management, collection, revenue growth with his personal visits or joint visits along with tagged team members in market resolve issues on priority basis through close coordination with other departments.
- Candidate will be responsible daily visits at customer premises (joint / personal) in market along with team members on regular basis.
- Candidate must train his team members with product updates day to day basis. Evaluate their performance on monthly basis along with daily follow ups with them.
- He will be responsible to reply team performance reports required day to day basis to his line manager.
- Additional responsibility will assigned as per requirement by management line manager.
