Summary

Sales Manager is urgently required by Bilytica for series of International pre sales activities of Business Intelligence and its ERP product. The ideal candidate will have excellent client facing skills with a strong technical knowledge of Business Intelligence and ERP. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and rapidly expanding organization.

Requirements

Candidates must have:
- Business Intelligence , ETL , Data-warehousing and ERP knowledge.
- A strong Pre Sales background

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Identify Customer Business Requirements (30%)

  • Lead the process of discovering prospects business requirements, needs, pain points and expected business outcomes
  • Review background on customer
  • Conduct customer discovery session to understand the customer business requirement, pain points, critical business outcome, obstacles to realization, and decision criteria
  • Qualify opportunities by assessing technical feasibility, timeline, budget, constraints, organization readiness, authority, and competitive situation
  • Position scoping and potential need for additional solutions; differentiate from the competition
  • Build relationship and credibility with customer stakeholders, and manage their expectations
  • Identify demo requirements

Solution Support during Sales Cycle (20%)

  • Heavily support the sales cycle and serve as the expert in the solution by completing requests for proposal. Participate in marketing events, deliver clear sales messages, and handle objections effectively. Provide references and customer examples to prospects.
  • Develop business and generate demand
  • Complete product section of Request for Proposals (RFP)
  • Follow the SAP standard sales methodology
  • Use value-based selling principles
  • Follow the SAP and Partner Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Identify financial value
  • Understand pricing and project scoping
  • Understand the collaboration between SAP and partner throughout the sales cycle

Demo Set-Up and Delivery (30%)

  • Create and deliver product demonstrations aligned with customer business requirements that show how our product and partner-packaged offering can best meet their requirements. Differentiates the offering from the competition.
  • Define key messages and differentiators
  • Locate and set up relevant demos scripts and offline demos, demo landscapes, and other demo assets
  • Prepare to demo based on line of business pain points. Prepare an executive overview demo specific to prospect business needs, highlighting ease of use, value, and differentiation of SAP and partner offering over competition
  • Clarify references and relevant customer stories
  • Prepare answers to objections and competitive traps
  • Conduct demo dry-runs and adjust as needed
  • Validate demo environment
  • Deliver both in-person and virtual demos
  • Conduct demo using predefined demo scripts
  • Troubleshoot demo and demo landscape when needed
  • Position, articulate, and differentiate partner value proposition by relating solution capability to business outcomes
  • Handle objections on solution, implementation, and partner value proposition
  • Address implementation and project aspects with prospect

Account Transition (10%)

  • Communicate the business requirements to the project implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages, warranting a continuous degree of customer satisfaction.

Continuously Improves Presales Skills (10%)

  • Continuously improve cross-application and delivery expertise in the areas of Product (application, full package, and demo tools), Delivery (sales process, messaging, and presentation skills), and Industry (understanding customer industry and pain points). Leverage SAP resources as needed. Standards
  • Quantity of opportunities resulting from demand-generation activities
  • Quality of sales support deliverables, including RFIs, RFPs and surveys
  • Quality of product demonstrations
  • Effective and timely follow-up with customers, prospects and partners
  • Amount of business closed
  • Ratio of wins to losses
