Job Description: |
Position Summary: Key contact between the company and the client, responsible for meeting assigned sales targets, and monthly collections.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% achievement of SoHo/ Residential sales target and revenue
- More than 95% bill delivery and collection from assigned customer base
- Ensure 100% CSAFs and cash submission at the time of sales closure
- Complaint handling through respective teams of customer services
- Regular visits of potential customers for upselling
- Recovery of CPE from inactive customers/clients
- Looking after end to end sales operations (Sales entry , Bill deliver and collection)
