Position Summary:
The position serves as a single point of accountability for all regional existing and new major clients; actively manages all relationships with the clients at the highest executive level and ensures customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Sales Relationships
Own all relationships at each level within the Clients organizations
Develop and lead sales strategy and tactics for the clients
Define the account development strategy and manage the ADP implementation from a business development standpoint as well as relationship
Promote the Value and benefits for Wateens solutions portfolio through engagement and facilitation of Sales Specialists activity or Solutions designers
Prime Sales from prospecting to closing including obtaining the necessary internal approvals
Coordinate Delivery, Customer Services Operations Customer Services Management
Facilitate and ensure at each stage of delivery that the communication and the relationship with the customer is properly managed
Support Delivery and operations and participate in Project Review Board and operations Review Board
Act as SPOC for issue escalation, manage the communication and ensure leadership of resources in case of crisis
Report Wateens performance and ensure that the customer receives and understands all information communicated.
Manage that continuous improvement programs
Ensure that the customer and Wateen fulfill their contractual obligations
