Technomics International Ltd is looking to find a professional for a sister concern with a strong interest and understanding of innovation, entrepreneurship, and community mobilisation. The Individual will manage our growing portfolio of projects in Karachi and will be housed at a leading University.
- 5 years of experience including 3-4 years in project management capacity and a Masters (or bachelors) degree in Engineering, Management, or Social Science.
- Ability to and experience in managing innovation and entrepreneurial projects, ideally those involving local communities and stakeholders
- Proven track record of organising, managing, and delivering projects and programmes involving multiple stakeholders, large number of participants, and diverse activities
- Ability to manage and lead a team across multiple locations (working onsite or remotely) and manage key stakeholder relationships within the local community
- Ability to identify and create fundraising leads as well as write proposals to bring in additional resources to support long-term sustainability
- Ability and proven track record of managing training programmes including carrying out a needs analysis and identification and recruitment of trainers, mentors, stakeholders, etc.
- Proven track of delivering against key performance indicators, tight deadlines, and showing budgetary responsibility
- Ability to manage procurement processes ensuring transparency, accountability, and reporting
