• Maintain and grow vendor relationships and key accounts (System Integrators, Re-sellers and End Users)


• Interaction with potential and existing customer; study of customers’ needs; 


• Advising customers and managers to choose right solution; 


• Perform surveys at the customer's premises; 


• Preparation of technical requirements, technical specifications, design concepts, preparation of preliminary specifications and participation in preparation of technical and commercial proposals; 


• Ability to Perform technical presentations of proposed solutions; 


• Development and execution of project documentation in respect of the products and solutions of the company, management of the project (if required); 


• Participation in the development and improvement of products & services (collecting user feedback etc); 


• Schedule and Oversee demonstration of equipment at customer premises;


• Provide pre-sales and limited post-sales support to customers


• Participate in regular customer meetings 

Qualifications/Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (IT/CS/SE/CE), minimum


• Networking/IT knowledge and experience is a strong plus


• Must be willing to travel as part of the job


• Working knowledge of IP Video Surveillance Systems, NVRs and IP cameras is preferred


• Good organizational skills and strong personality


• Experience conducting customer presentations and demonstrations


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
