1. Knowledge, experience and understanding of SAP
2. Requirement analysis and implementation of standard off-the-shelf softwares
3. To act as MIS Business system Partner ensuring active solution provision to business problems and needs.
4. Conducting requirements and gap analyses from time to time.
5. Understanding & documenting end user requirements and coming up with solutions for them in the SAP.
6. Implementing new modules and added functionality in existing modules.
7. Liaison with all stakeholders, especially with other functions such as such as Human Resource, finance, retail, third parties RPOs etc
9. To Ensure strict adherence to internal systems and procedures for implementations
10. Data Analysis
