Job Description:
  • Sit at the front door of Office to welcome staff and guests.
  • To ensure that all the employees put their attendance on attendance machine.
  • Receive posts in morning if any and distribute them into the concerned people.
  • Listen and respond all incoming calls, and forward the call to concerned person (if available) or otherwise take the message to inform the employee later.
  • Collect approved leave forms of employees and make the record for final payroll purpose.
  • At the end of the month finalize the attendance register of Lahore office employees, send it to In-Charge HR & Admin for checking purpose and finally send to accounts department for payroll.
