| Job Description: |
- Facilitate evaluation & coaching of our sales staff.
- Uplift the results and call Quality for a full sales team of Sales Executives.
- Conduct Weekly QA sessions.
- Uphold Telesquad policies and processes
- Work with Team Leads to ensure the well-being of all Trainees.
- Uploading of leads on excel on given format
- Reporting to Manager QA & OP's
- Fulfilling other duties as ordred by QA Manager
Note:
- NIGHT SHIFT ONLY- 9pm-6:30am
- Pick & Drop will be from office side to Females living in Rawalpindi only.
- Call Center Experience would be plus
