Looking for a talented and passionate HR professional with at least one year experience.
Candidates should be hard working, dedicated and self motivated with the ability to learn and grow as we provide a friendly and challenging work environment for candidates to put in their best efforts.
Candidate should be able to join immediately.
- Initial screening of resumes and shortlisting of candidates
- Initial assessment of candidates before technical interviews
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Payroll management
