Job Description:

Financials Unlimited (www.flsunltd.com) is world best server/web based integrated POS and Accounting system. Financials Unlimited is looking for software support specialists. As a software support specialist your objective would be to ensure that our customers have a superior first call contact experience with solutions provided by Financials Unlimited. Our support system includes both online self-support, as well as a service based database system for logging and managing cases. Together these systems enable customers to receive consistent high performance from the world-class applications of financials unlimited.


You will interact daily with organizations from around the world including energy, manufacturing, financial, pharmaceutical, education, construction and public sector industries all of these organizations are using financials unlimited POS and accounting system and in order to support the success of our current systems, you will assist the Software Support team in identifying the customers’ needs and whom to escalate their calls to if needed.


Responsibilities:



  • Provides customers with RockStar customer service and product troubleshooting via telephone and email

  • Provides documentation of call in CRM system and escalates issues requiring further investigation

  • Assist other support staff with technical requests

  • Provides Technical Support with troubleshooting training & informational updates

  • Ensure timely resolution to customer service cases

  • Meet weekly support case closure metrics


Requirements:



  • 2 years’ experience working as part of a technical support team and managing inbound calls

  • Must have excellent customer service skills

  • Application support for end users, enterprise web and client-server apps are a plus

  • Ability to research and solve complex problems or unusual challenges


Note:


Probation Period would be 3 months and upon successful completion of probation period 3 years of contract in BPS – 16 & 17 would be awarded.


All perks and allowances would be as Per Govt. of Pakistan Pay scales
