1. Properly implement HR policies and procedure & develop updated SOP in this regard.
2. Complete know-how of Pre-employment Process (Requisition, Screening, Interview, Hiring) & Post-employment Process (Training, Placement, Monitoring).
3. Well-aware of HRIS System, preferably WebHR.
4. Knows proper execution of attendance & leave management.
5. Prepare and circulate organization announcements across the board.
6. Orientation and training of new employees.
7. Conduct On-Job-Training Programs.
8. Perform employees’ performance evaluation as per the organization policy.
9. Respond to employees and resolves their issues related to Job.
10. Conduct meetings with unit heads on behalf of HRD
11. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
12. Plan & Execute Employee Benefit & Recognition Plans
13. Ensuring proper implementation of Job descriptions.
