Job Description:

To assist the Procurement Director in preparing the annual procurement plan

Ensure the availability of budget in case of own resource procurement.

Preparation of bidding documents and to get approval from Procurement Director.

Floating of tenders, obtained from the Competent Authority.

Conducting Pre-bid meetings with the suppliers.

Opening of bids by the bid opening committee constituted by Competent Authority.

Be a part of evaluation committee constituted by Competent Authority.

Responsible to prepare bid evaluation report based on the recommendations of bid evaluation committee and obtain final approval from Competent Authority.

Responsible to issue LOI to successful bidder.

Preparation and signing contract after receipt of performance bond.

Nomination of inspectors for pre-shipment inspection and to get approval from own source.

Coordination with accounting, finance, stores and quality management teams for procurements.

Any other task identified by the Management
