| Job Description: |
- Manage large number of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns
- Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information
- Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Contact potential or exisitng customers to inform about product or service.
- Answer questions about product of the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirement and close sales.
- Hanlde customer grievances to preserve banks reputation.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
