1. Implement sales fundamentals to ensure core distribution availability, contracted Visibility & Shelving shares and suggested retail pricing implementation to achieve his overall targets.
2. Build strong customer penetration to establish/maintain the company’s position as the preferred supplier.
3. Monitor the merchandisers on daily basis to ensure getting maximum productivity.
4. Develop, sell and issue suggested orders to the customers according to their stocks and movement to ensure no out of stocks or Overstocks and execute phase out and liquidation plans with customers to have smooth products transitions
5. Propose ideas to positively impact the business directly or indirectly in order to achieve sales
6. Apply company payment terms with all customers guarantying the company's cash flow and fairness towards all the trade
7. Participate in the morning and unit meetings by sharing section success models to enhance performance
8. Report all markets studies needed (distribution, competitive) in the market using account penetration to ensure right planning, forecasting and early response from the company
9. Submit customers' dues and incentive accurately on time to ensure customer's rights.
