Cornery is an international fast food chain that has recently started operations in Pakistan. Faisalabad is the first city where Cornery has landed with plans to expand to other metropolitan cities. Upon positive response, Cornery Pakistan has now two branches in Faisalabad.

Job Title: General Manager

REPORTS TO: CEO

Cornery is looking for a General Manger for both locations with the following duties

·        Manage the implementation and adherence to the Organizations SOP and Quality Policy in all aspects of operations.

·        Manages teams during scheduled shifts including daily customer interaction and satisfaction, staff performance, scheduling, planning, product quality, & cleanliness.

·      Accountable for operational efficiency and profitablilty of both branches 

      Responsible to resolve customer complaints and taking appropriate action to solve the problems.

·       Responsible for selection, development and performance management employees

·       Ensures correct operation and balancing of cash register & daily reporting.

·         Maintaining high standards of morale, hygiene and personal appearance of all staff.

·         Perform other duties as and when required by the Management.

·         To assist Director in building, protecting and for continuous improvement by satisfying operational and Quality Management system (QMS) requirements.

·         Make sure that the Restaurant meets ISO Standards.

·         Responsible to meet the expectation of the customers.

·         Assist Senior Management in the development of key functional areas.

·         Perform his duties and responsibilities with in the time frame set by management.

·         Proficiency in Point of sale ( POS ) software, inventory software, Restaurant guest satisfactory tracking software etc.
