- Should be focused towards creating fun and whimsical illustration.
- Combining hand-drawing and painting with digital media to create complete illustrations
- Refining designs with illustration software
- Drawing skills with an attention to detail (both by hand and graphic tablet)
- Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills
- Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
