| Job Description: |
- Direct involvement in the local procurement of various Items (Electrical, Mechanical, Lab, admin, marketing), Processing Of Purchase Requisitions’ and ensure the delivery On time.
- Bill Processing
- Reporting regular on the daily projection
- Negotiating with the supplier by quoting best minimum available market rates
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Preparation of all Inventory Reports at end of the month for stock taking and ensure the accuracy of these reports (SQL Software
- Visit different sites for Raw Materials Buying, loading & Inspection.
- Assist line manager in the documentation of imports
